Resep Telur Ceplok Rica Rica
Bahan Telur Ceplok Rica Rica :
- 5 butir telur, ceplok
- 1 batang sereh geprek
- 2 lbr daun jeruk
- Gula dan garam
- Kaldu jamur
Bumbu Halus Telur Ceplok Rica Rica :
- 6 bawmer
- 3 bawput
- 10 cabe merah
- 5 rawit
Cara Pembuatan Telur Ceplok Rica Rica :
- Tumis bumbu halus, sereh dan daun jeruk.
- Setelah harum beri gula, garam, kaldu jamur, tuang sedikit air, masak sampai mengental.
- Masukkan telur, masak sampai meresap.
