- 4 buah terong belah 2 memanjang. Goreng.
Bumbu Ulek Terong Penyet Pedas :
- 8 buah cabe merah
- 6 bawang merah
- 2 bawang putih
- 1 buah tomat
Cara Pembuatan Terong Penyet Pedas :
- Penyet terong pakai garpu.
- Tumis bumbu sampai harum lalu siram bumbu ulek di atas terong.
